All prices listed on the website are in PKR.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notification.

Orders are only processed once payment is successfully received.

Fraudulent activity, chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account/order cancellation.

 

 

3.    Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Rosene Skincare Store may cancel or refuse an order in cases of limited stock, invalid payment details or policy violation.

You will receive confirmation via email or message once your order is placed.

If an order is cancelled from our side due to stock or system error, you will be notified and refunded if payment has been made.

 

 

4.    Shipping & Delivery

By purchasing from Rosene Skincare Store, you agree to our Shipping Policy, which states:

Shipping fee is Rs. 200 for orders below Rs. 4,000

Free shipping on orders Rs. 4,000 and above

We ensure safe delivery of products, but orders may experience delays due to courier handling or unforeseen conditions.

 

 

5.    Returns & Replacements

Our Return & Replacement Policy applies as follows:

We do not accept returns of opened, used or tested products.

In case of damage, leakage or wrong item delivery,contact us within 24 hours with proof.

Once verified, a replacement or solution will be provided.
