Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of used, opened, or tested products.
You may be eligible for return or replacement only if:

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package along with proof (photographs/video) so we can assist you promptly.
